Coverlay Manufacturing, Inc. originated in Denver, Colorado in 1982 and included as Import Auto Products, Ltd., a Colorado Company. Our initial function, at enough time of incorporation, was to import aftermarket auto human body elements from Taiwan and Italy and sell them to overall body shops within the Denver area. While in the spring of 1982, w
